    Your account spins up with sample data so you can click around the schedule, ledger, and reporting the moment you finish signup. No "a representative will reach out."

  3. Step 3Guided data import

    1–3 days

    Upload an export from Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental — or many less-common platforms. Our migration team handles the field mapping. You confirm the result in your sandbox before going live.

  4. Step 4Role-based training

    Self-paced or 2-hour live session

    Separate tracks for front office, clinical, and admin. Watch on your own schedule or book a live session — whichever your team prefers. Re-watchable, with search.

  5. Step 5Go live

    Day of your choice

    Pick a launch date that fits your schedule. A concierge from our onboarding team is on-call all day so anything that comes up is handled in real time.

  6. Step 6Ongoing success

    Continuous

    Quarterly reviews of how your practice is using the platform, in-app coaching for new staff, and optional weekly office hours with our customer success team.

Industry standard for traditional practice management software is four to six weeks. Most of that is sales cycles, server provisioning, and a full day off the schedule for training — things we've removed entirely.
